Start of The Property Ace
After gaining over a decade of corporate experience and completing the three levels of the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program – a global gold standard in investment management, Akash explored different investment options to build wealth. This led him to property where he recognised the power of leverage (financing strategies) and favorable policies for home buyers and investors. What began as an interest soon grew into a passion, followed by countless hours of conversations, research, and self-education. Akash along with his wife Zilika soon commenced investing in property. Akash’s desire to help others motivated him to support his friends take their first steps into the property market. With a deep interest in property and a heartfelt desire to help others, he brought his purpose to life by starting The Property Ace – Buyers Agency.
Greater purpose

He realised that while we can’t buy more time with our loved ones, we can create a life that gives us the ‘power of choice’. Through property investing, Akash and Zilika are confident to achieve financial independence so they can focus on what matters most, including spending quality time with loved ones, having meaningful conversations, playing tennis, and supporting others achieve their wellness goals. Akash’s goal is not limited to help clients buy their first home or build wealth through property, but also to try and create freedom that allows them to pursue what they find most meaningful and fulfilling
